Introduction to Esoteric Astrology
A step-by-step study of Alice A. Bailey's Esoteric Astrology for those who want to read the signs and planets through the eyes of the soul rather than the personality.
Esoteric astrology is a deep study designed to understand our spiritual side and spiritual growth. Unlike conventional astrology it focuses not only on the personality and the events of this life but on the evolution of the soul.
At its basis are the seven rays. Each ray has its own purpose and expression, and these energies flow through the twelve signs to the planets and to life. Esoteric astrology divides the planets into sacred and non-sacred: the non-sacred affect the physical, emotional and mental bodies, while the sacred planets integrate the personality and make it an instrument of the soul.
